Archery/Crossbow

Introduction:

Our archery courses are designed to educate and enhance your abilities, but most of all its just good fun. Safety is of the utmost importance, as with all our equipment, our bows are "The Real McCoy" and not toys so you must be attentive. Although a high skill level is needed to compete, you will be amazed at the standard you can achieve with just a few arrows. We have courses for beginners to advanced levels.

Location:

The main archery site is within our head office grounds at Melrose.

"Barn Archery and Crossbow at Melrose" 

Age Range: 10 year olds - Adults,

Mobile unit:

  Our mobile unit allows us to travel to any location.

Travel charges: £1.00p per mile. (Minimum charge £50)

Mileage: Is calculated from and to our centre of operations at Melrose. 

Equipment:

We supply everything you need. If you have your own equipment - bring it along! We'll show you how to get the best out of it and throw in a 5% price reduction.

Shoot for the Golden Arrow. This is a competition normally run for corporate or large family group celebrations. The final three archers are dressed in fine tabards and shoot it out for 1st, 2nd and  3rd places with the golden arrow being awarded to the 1st pole position. Medals ect. are also awarded for 2nd and 3rd places.

Birthday Parties:

The "Children's" birthday pack includes: Full equipment hire with instruction, sweets, crisps and juice, birthday banners and balloons, with a birthday certificate for the birthday person, and a prize for the best archer.

The "Adults" birthday pack includes: Full equipment hire with instruction, sweets, crisps and fruit juice, tea/coffee, biscuits, dip's, nibbles and whine, birthday banners and balloons, with a birthday certificate for the birthday person, and a fine medal prize for the best archer.

Transport, accommodation and food available at extra cost.
